Returns

DO NOT return your product to the place of purchase. If your product fails to conform to the written warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@symvago.com, including the following details:
    • Order number (e.g., #S123456)
    • A description of the issue.
    • A video(s) showing the issue.
    • Subject the email as “Return request - Order #12345”.

Alternatively, you can use our contact form and submit a “Returns” request.

  1. Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in excellent condition, including the original packaging and all included pieces. We require clear photographic evidence to verify the item's condition. Symvago reserves the right to refuse any return if the item does not meet these conditions, and our decision will be final.

Returns due to personal dissatisfaction or a change of mind must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item. The same return conditions apply, and Symvago reserves the right to refuse any return if the item does not meet the specified conditions.

Refunds are not provided solely for delivery time, unless it violates our shipping guarantee (e.g., delays beyond our control). Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

For returns within the United States, a return fee will be charged to cover the return shipping costs via USPS. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount and is separate from any administrative costs. The fee amount depends on the location and shipping method used. To initiate a return, please contact us directly via email at info@symvago.com or through our contact form, and we will process your request within 24-48 hours.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the timeframe for receiving your returned product varies based on your location.


Non-returnable Items

  • All sales are final for our digital products, including eBooks. The contents of these products are clearly outlined on their respective product pages. If you have any questions or concerns prior to purchase, please contact our support team at info@symvago.com or through our social media channels. Symvago assumes no responsibility for dissatisfaction after purchase, given the clear descriptions provided.

  • Gift cards: These are also non-returnable.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In specific cases, we may offer partial refunds based on circumstances chosen by the customer. Once a partial refund is selected, the customer waives the right to make further claims regarding the product.


Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. Following this, a refund process will be initiated, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or the original payment method. This process is subject to the banking timelines and procedures beyond our control, and it may take some time.

You can request a refund before receiving the item. In this case, the refund will only be processed once the product passes inspection and is returned to us. Alternatively, a partial refund may be offered. Any costs associated with returning the product under these circumstances will be borne by the customer. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and cannot be altered. Typically, it takes 3-5 days for a refund to appear in your bank account. If you haven’t received your refund within that time, please follow these steps:

  2. Contact your credit card company as it may take time for the refund to be posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before the refund is finalized.
