Returns
DO NOT return your product to the place of purchase. If your product fails to conform to the written warranty, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@symvago.com, including the following details:
- Order number (e.g., #S123456)
- A description of the issue.
- A video(s) showing the issue.
- Subject the email as “Return request - Order #12345”.
Alternatively, you can use our contact form and submit a “Returns” request.
- Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in excellent condition, including the original packaging and all included pieces. We require clear photographic evidence to verify the item's condition. Symvago reserves the right to refuse any return if the item does not meet these conditions, and our decision will be final.
Returns due to personal dissatisfaction or a change of mind must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item. The same return conditions apply, and Symvago reserves the right to refuse any return if the item does not meet the specified conditions.
Refunds are not provided solely for delivery time, unless it violates our shipping guarantee (e.g., delays beyond our control). Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
For returns within the United States, a return fee will be charged to cover the return shipping costs via USPS. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount and is separate from any administrative costs. The fee amount depends on the location and shipping method used. All sales are final for our digital products, including eBooks. The contents of these products are clearly outlined on their respective product pages. Symvago assumes no responsibility for dissatisfaction after purchase, given the clear descriptions provided.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In specific cases, we may offer partial refunds based on circumstances chosen by the customer. Once a partial refund is selected, the customer waives the right to make further claims regarding the product.
Refund Policy

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
